Dr. Shalini Pradhan

Founder · MDS Oral Pathology, Nair Hospital Dental College, Mumbai

Deeply passionate about dentistry and patient care, Dr. Shalini reads dental health as part of long-term physical health, not separate from it. That functional view of dentistry, and over 30 years spent treating patients, led her to develop Betru, a range of botanical oral care formulations rooted in preventive care. She has also published an illustrated children's book on oral care for toddlers, and continues to build the lifelong patient bonds that shape her approach to dental wellness.

Mohita Gupta

Mohita is a healthcare and business professional with over a decade of experience across healthcare, strategy and consumer businesses. She has been recognised by The Economic Times as one of Asia's Most Promising Business Leaders and by Business Connect Magazine among the 50 Most Influential Women in Business. She is also engaged in social impact work addressing iron deficiency among women and adolescent girls in India. At Betru, she brings that healthcare and product development experience to building formulations shaped by dentistry-led thinking and considered, modern product development.

Dr. M. P. Gupta

PhD, Microbiology & Ayurveda

Over 35 years across nutraceuticals, pharmaceutical R&D and Ayurveda, translating scientific and traditional knowledge into quality healthcare products. Trained with the Tata Administrative Services and Tata Institute of Fundamental Research, with over a decade at Rallis India, and focused since 1996 on nutraceutical research and preventive healthcare.

Dr. Suchetan Pradhan

MDS Prosthodontics, MSc Laser Dentistry, Aachen

Head of Dentistry at P. D. Hinduja Hospital since 1990 and Director of Pradhan Dental Centre. He has lectured on laser dentistry and implantology in more than 25 countries, including at Harvard School of Dental Medicine, and founded the Indian Academy of Laser Dentistry.
