Frequently asked questions
Before you start your ritual
What is Swish Pulling Serum?

How is it different from traditional oil pulling?
Traditional oil pulling typically uses a single oil, like coconut or sesame, swished for fifteen to twenty minutes. Swish is a blend of six botanical oils designed to be swished for just two to ten minutes, so it fits more easily into an everyday routine.
When should I use it?

How long should I swish?
At least two minutes, working up to ten as it feels comfortable.
Do I brush before or after Swish?
After. Swish first, then rinse and brush as you normally would.
Is the serum greasy?
No, it's formulated to feel light and non-greasy, not like a heavy oil.
Can it be used every day?
Yes, it's designed for once-daily use.
How long does one bottle last?
A 200ml bottle holds roughly 15 to 20 daily uses at 10 to 15ml a time, so around two to three weeks of everyday use.
What are the key botanical ingredients?
Coconut, sweet almond, grape seed and flaxseed oils, with clove bud and peppermint for a clean finish.
Is Swish Pulling Serum safe to swallow?
No. Swish is designed to be swished and then spat out, never swallowed. Rinse your mouth well with water afterwards, then brush as usual.
Does Swish contain fluoride, SLS or artificial preservatives?
